Returns

We want you to be happy with your Goldylocks purchase. If you change your mind, returns may be accepted if the product is in its original, unopened packaging and meets our return policy conditions. Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on hair products that have been worn or removed from their original seals. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
