No — when applied and removed correctly, our clip-in extensions are designed to be gentle and cause no damage to your natural hair.

Yes, as they are real human hair, they can be toned or coloured darker. We do not recommend bleaching or lightening, as this can cause damage.

We recommend using sulphate-free haircare products followed by a nourishing hair mask. Avoid excessive heat, and store your extensions in a dry place, hung up or laid flat, to maintain their shape and quality.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3–5 working days. Delivery times then vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been sent.

We accept returns if the product is in its original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or removed from their original seals due to hygiene.
